warm up
2x ME BW/70%BW
(write your body weight or weight used and total reps achieved in the 2 sets on the board. Guys if you use actual body weight write RX. Ladies if you use 70% Body Weight write RX)

2. For Time
50-GHD Situps(sc ABMat situps)
50-Pushups (feet on 3 45lb plates)
