2. 12min AMRAP
12-Cal Airdyne
6-Pistols(sc backwards lunges)
*if pistols come easy feel free to add a KB for weighted pistols

3. 4 min to Accumulate HSPU
First 2 min strict
Last 2 min Kipping

Finish with 2 min Handstand Hold
