1. Shoulder Press 3×5
Push Press 3×3
Jerk 3×1
Goal is to go up every set. Can use rack.

2. Calorie Test for new Board Spots

1 min Max Cal Assault Bike
(Yes must be done on assault bike)

Rest as needed

1 min Max Cal Ski Erg
(You can take 2 attempts but in my opinion if you do it right the first time you wont want to)
