2 person teams split work as needed for fastest time
3 rounds for time:
20-Toes to Rings
7-Bar MU(or 20-Jumping C2B)
(Jumping c2b will be off box or ground so that bar is 6″ above your head. Must squat to full extension on the arms before jumping. If you do bar mu or the jumping c2b both will be considered RX for this wod as it is at this comp. If you befin a round with bar mu you have to complete all 7 reps. Can not switch back to jumping c2b till the next round)
