partner 1: 500m Row
partner 2: AMRAP
6-Box Jumps 24/20
6-Toes to Bar(sc knee raise above hip crease)
when partner completes 500m row they go swap and pick up on AMRAP where partner left off. Every 500m row counts as 4 rounds when totalling score.
