1. Pause Bench press
5×2 build to heavy double.
Stop at 100% of old max if you get there

2. TEST WOD 1(we have brutes doing comp this Saturday that need to know whats possible)

12/10-Calorie Ass Bike
10-Thrusters 75/55
15-KB Swings 53/35
(This will be 4 rounds for each teammate)
