200-Double Unders
50-OH Squats 135/95
50-Pullups
1 mile Run
(Split work in best way to help the team have best time BUT ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING AT A TIME and each movement must be completed before moving to the next . Count each others reps out loud so no cheating. 3/1 singles)
