1B. Do a set of ME strict pull-ups after each set of squat during rest

2. On a 4 min clock complete 3 rounds of:
25-KB Swings 70/53
Run 400m
ME DU for remainder of 4 min.

Then rest 4 min

Score is total double Unders. Divide singles by 5 for score
