Get your dues in for june those of you who are late paying

1. Front Squat:
5×2 with 2 sec pause in the bottom
build to heavy. go up each set.

2. 3 rounds for max reps:
1 min db Snatch alt arms 50/35
1 min GHD Situps
1 min db Clean 50s/35s
1 min T2B
1 min rest
(one arm db snatch. 2 arm on the db clean touch floor each rep)
(scale options: reduce load on db snatch. sub V-ups or abmat situps for ghds. reduce load on db cleans. sub hanging knee raises for T2B.)
