2. 12 min AMRAP
Increasing reps by 2 each new round
2-Alternating pistols(1R.1L)
2-Box Jump 24/20

R2 4.4.4 R3 6.6.6. R4 8.8.8. So forth

Scale for pistols:
Banded pistol, pistol squat standing on box, weighted lunge
