Fitness and Performance

CrossFit Football Total
Find 1 rep max Back Squat
Find 1 rep max Bench
Find 1 rep max Power Clean
(Coach will start the clock at the immediate start of class time. you will have 60 min to warm up and find 1rm of the 3 lifts in the order they are listed. Cap is the 60 min mark whether you have reached max or not)
(Do not be late to class. Be there on time. Coming early doesnt get you extra time because you wont be allowed to start until your class time. We have worked on these lifts for 8 weeks so make sure you come test them.)
