2 Person teams
For time:
1600m Run w/medball 20/14
(Relay in 100m splits)
100-Box Jumps 24/20
300-Air Squats
1600m Run w/Medball
(Relay in 100m Splits)
Must complete each movement before moving to the next. Can divide the reps however you choose as long as both partners do equal work
