1. Back squat
5×3 pause triple heavy
2 sec pause at bottom of each rep
2. For time
This should be a sprint 6-10 min. It is intended to be done unbroken and fast. If unable to do unbroken partition as needed for maximum speed. Goal to loosen up from Angie and warm up/prep for Murph.
