then alternate 1-Power Snatch and 1-Squat snatch then add 5/10 lbs and repeat until failure. Minimal rest

30-Double Unders*
2-Muscle Ups**

*90 singles
**alternate odd rounds 4-chest to bar pullups and even rounds 4-Ring dips
