Fitness and Performance

Those that want to be added to the group that gets the WODs a week in advance for an additional 5 dollars need to start letting me know. Also included with that will be an additional strength lift and 2 conditioning pieces each week that can be done on your own time.

1. Bench press
2×5@70%
2×3@80%
3×1@progressively heavier weight

2. 5 rounds for time
10-Deadlift 225/155
10-Bar Facing Burpees
50-Backward Singles
100m Run
