5×2 (final set of 2 should be around 97.5-100% 1RM. work back from there 5- 10 lbs a set to get your 5 sets)

2. 21-15-9
DB Deadlift 50s/35s
(this should be super fast. 2 min range)

Make up yesterday’s core work if you were one of those who skipped it
