Fitness WOD
1. Deadlift

2. 5 rounds for Time:
10-Thrusters 75/55
10-Bar Facing Burpees

Performance WOD
1. Deadlift
Touch and go 5×3@80%
Can go up each set as long as able to get 3 unbroken

2. 5 rounds for Time:
10-Squat Snatch 75/55
10-Bar Facing Burpees
Just because you can do RX weight does not mean turn this into a 20 min workout. Focus on speed. Push hard through the burpees
