10-Lateral jumps over parallets
(Starting on one side of the parallets jump to the middle then to other side. That is 1. Facing the same direction jump back to middle and then to other side. That is 2. Continue till total of 10.) Scale: If the parallets are too high for lateral jumps then just do the lateral jumps over nothing.
2. Spend 10 min working on mobility. Use the mobility posters and advice from coach to stretch areas that need improving.
