For the next 2 weeks we will be doing a bit of a deload and getting back in our strength work routine. As well as stepping up our running.

1. Back Squat

2. 12 Rounds for time:
100m Run
5-KB Swings 70/53
5-Strict Pullups
(Strict means strict. If these cant be performed RX then you need to use a band and do these strict. No kipping for anyone)
