400m run
1-unbroken “Kentplex” @115/75

(25-Burpee penalty for dropping bar during Kentplex per round to be performed at end of Kentplex before beginning next round and then lighten the weight because your no longer RX)

5-power cleans
5-front squat
5-push press
5-back squat
5-power jerks(front rack)
5-power cleans
You may not set bar down from start to finish. Power cleans are controlled touch-and-go at floor.
