20 min AMRAP
25′ OH Walking Lunge 95/65
8-Bar Facing Burpees
25′ OH Walking Lunge
8-C2B pullups

For everyone else the workout is:
20 min am rap
12-lunges 45/25
8-plate burpees
(Lunges in place)
