2 person leap frog
25 min AMRAP
10-cal Airdyne
3-Stone Ground to Overhead 100/75
10-Wall balls 20/14
5-Toes to Bar
(No one does this alone. Just do a 3 person leap frog for a team if needed)
These reps are set such that they should be unbroken and very fast. Set stone up near wallball. Airdyne near rig.
