5-Power Cleans 145/100
10-Toes to Bar
15-Wallballs 20/14
(fitness can do sumo deadlift high pull in place of cleans)

3. 4xME HSPU
(if you cant do hspu scale to dumbell shoulder press followed by handstand holds)
