Fitness and Performance

2 person Partner wod
400m run together each db carry 50/35
Then splitting work equally
50 wall ball
40 db cleans 50s/35s
30 burpees over DB “open standards”
40 dB cleans
50 Wall balls
Then 400m run together each with db
(split work equally but break up reps however you see fit as a team)
