100-Singles
25-Pushups (feet on plate)

Performance WOD

20 min AMRAP
400m Run
50-Double Unders*
25-Pushups (feet on plate)
*du scale 100 singles. BUT for every round you get you have to spend 1 min practicing Double Unders. Ex: 6 rounds=6min practice
