A. 10×40%, 8×50%, 6×60%, 3×3(top half+full)@75%
B. 5×3 Medium weight
Note: part A is for people who have been doing Bench Program and part B is everyone else

2. 15min EMOM
2-Deadlift @75%1RM
(If you fail to complete a round in the 60 seconds move to E2MOM)
