7-Unbroken Thrusters 135/95
7-KB Swings 53/35
200m Run
Rest 2 min
(15 burpee penalty after the run before the 2 min Rest if you break on the thruster)
(KB is light because I want you to drop bar and immediately pick up KB and start swinging instead of resting and staring at it for several seconds. Do your best to sprint through each round)
