Back Squats 6@75%

2. 15 min AMRAP
10-Plate Overhead Walking Lunge 45/25
1-Muscle Up(2-MU RX+)
(Sc 4-C2B Pullups)

Do 4 Ring dips for every round completed. (Ex 7 rds=28 ring dips)
Scale to Ring Pushups if needed
