5-Curtis P 135/95
(1-Power Clean. 1-Front Rack Lunge Right. 1-Front Rack Lunge Left. 1-Push Press)
10-Snatch 135/95(fitness can do KB Swings)

*You only get 1 barbell. You will have to add your own weight as you go and then strip bar back to empty at the start of each round. Leave rowers in back room. Every person wont need out their own box. A couple boxes should be plenty for an entire class.
