Remember Saturday at 9a.m we have Barbells for Books and then Brute Halloween party at 8p.m.

If you are NOT doing B4B on Saturday:
1. “Grace”
30-Clean and Jerk 135/95

2. Run 1 mile or 2k row at recovery pace

If you are coming Saturday:
Work shoulder mobility
Work a few light weight clean and jerk cylces

Run 1 mile or 2k row at recovery pace
