5×2 go as heavy as possible. Do not have to be touch and go but as soon as you drop the bar must immediately get set and complete second rep.

12-Thrusters 135/95
9-Muscle Ups
6-Muscle Ups
3-Muscle Ups
(Mu sc: 1-MU=2-C2B pull-ups+2-Ring dips)
