3×3(bottom half + Full)@85%
(lift weight from floor to knee or just above knee and then lower bar back to floor and then do a full rep from floor to lockout)

2. 15min AMRAP
20-Double Unders(sc 3/1 singles)
10-GHD Sit-ups(sc 15-Abmat sit-ups)
15-Ring Pushups
10-Russian KB Swings 70/53*
* remember Russian swing is to eye level
