For time complete in order:
100-Bench Press 165/95
100-Box Jumps 24/20 with slamball 20/10
200-Abmat Sit-ups
100-KB Swings 70/53
(Reps can be divided as need but must be an equal split on each exercise)

2. 5x100m Sprints
(Rest time takes to walk back)
