1. 3 rounds for total WORKING time:
15-Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20
50-Double Unders
500m ME Row
Test 5 min between rounds.
At the end delete the 10 min rest from total time. Each round should be a full sprint.

2. Spend remaining class time working on Handstand walk
