2. 2 person team
split work equally
For Time:
1600m Run (400m increments)
80-Deadlift 225/155
50-Shoulder to Overhead 135/95
80-GHD Situps (sc 120-Abmat)
1600m run (400m increments)
*each team only gets 1 bar. Runs have to be done 400m at a time. The rest of movements can be broke as team chooses as long as its an equal split of the reps.
