(Complete in as few sets and as quickly as possible)

30sec KB Thrusters 53/35
30sec rest
30sec OH Squat 75/55
30sec Rest
30sec Wallballs 20/14
30sec rest

3. (Optional)
A: Jerk work on Blocks

B: 3 min accumulate max reps HSPU
3 min accumulate max rep ring pushups
