1. Front Squat
5×2

2. Partner
leap frog rounds
12 min AMRAP
12-Deadlift
9-KB Swings
6-shoulder to overhead

Performance
1. Hang Clean
5×2(do not have to be unbroken but should be able to do first few sets unbroken. if you drop do a quick reset and remember to start from hang. final set should be around 97.5-100% of 1rm and work backwards 5-10 lbs a set to establish your 5 working sets.

2. Partner WOD
leap frog rounds
12 min AMRAP
12-Deadlift 155/105
9-Hang Power Clean
6-Shoulder to Overhead
