SC: 45/15 go up in 5lb increments
Starting with unloaded bar do 1 reps of Snatch. Add 10lbs every minute until you fail. At the next min start doing Clean and Jerk. Continue to add 10lbs every minute until you fail. At the next min start doing Deadlift.Continue to add 10lbs each min until you fail. Record max Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Deadlift achieved.
(Everyone does not need their own bar. Work with a partner or 2. There is plenty of time in 1 min for a couple of people to do 1 rep) this can be squat or power whichever allows you to achieve the highest weight
