5×3 heavy as you can go and still hit a triple. If you fail to hit 3 go down on next set.

2. 20 min AMRAP
10-Chest to Bar Pullups
20-Back Squats 95/65
30-Double Unders(sc:count attemps)
(For Squats bar come from the floor)
