1. Overhead Squat

2. 4 Rounds for Time:
5-Hang Curtis Ps 135/95
(Hang curtis p=1-hang clean, 1-right leg lunge, 1-left leg lunge, 1-pushpress)

3. Take 5-10 min to stretch. Choose at lest 3 stretches off the Mobility Charts on the board
