1. 15 min to build to a heavy single Hang Snatch

2. 20 min AMRAP
5-Strict Pullups
10-Hand Release Pushups
15-Air Squats
(If you are capable of doing strict pullups without a band but cant do 5 then scale as needed to try do them without a band.)
