5×2 build to max double

2.3 Rounds
800m Run(100m x 8)
30-DB Squats
30-Burpees
(Swap every 5 reps)

Performance
1. Squat Clean
3x(1-clean + 1-hang Clean)
Build to heavy

2. “Team Helton”
3 Rounds
800m Run(100m x 8)
30-DB Squat cleans 50/35
30-Burpees
(Swap every 5 reps)
