3×5 at medium to heavy weight you can do without compromising back position

2. 10 rounds E2MOM
100m run
10-KB Swings 70/53
10-Burpees

If you fail to complete a round in the 2 min time continue the WOD as if for time until you have completed the 10 rounds.
