1. Deadlift
3×7@60%
(If you missed maxing last week DO NOT max today. You will have an opportunity to do so next week)

2. 2 person Team WOD
7 rounds for total cal/reps:
1 min ME p1 cal row/p2 burpees
1 min rest
1 min ME p2 cal row/p1 burpees
1 min rest
(Both partners are doing ME in the same min. 1 is doing cal row while the other is doing burpees. Then rest 1 min and swap positions for the next min of ME work. If done correctly will take 27 min)

3. (Optional)
3xME Strict Ring dips. If you cant do strict ring dips do ring pushups
