1. Pause Clean
3×2 Clean with 2 sec pause below knee.
Work on perfect body position when lifting bar off floor to the point of pause. Build to a heavy perfect double.

2. 4 Rounds For Time:
400m Run
3-Split Jerk* 185/115
15-Toes to Bar
3-Squat Cleans
*has to be split jerk

3. (Optional)
3 rounds not for time
ME unbroken Double Under (with a 30 minimum)
ME Ring Pullups with a turnout at bottom
