25-KB Swings 70/53

Strength:
6x(1-Snatch Grip Deadlift+1-Low Hang Snatch)@75% +5 lb over last week
3×10-Back Extensions
3×10-Leg Curls or GH Raises

Skill:
3×5 Swing hip pull on rings
5x10sec hold at top of ring pull up
2x60sec toes and nose handstand hold
