Fitness
1. Front Squat
Build to heavy double

2. For time:
30-Dumbell Ground to Overhead.
Use a weight that is heavy but allows you to finish in 3-4 min.

Performance
1. Hang Squat Clean
Build to heavy unbroken double

2. Grace or Isabel
You can do either one. Must have a counter and judge to be RX and board eligible
Grace
30-clean and jerk 135/95
(Sub 4 for RX. If you cant go sub 4 scale weight back. Goal sub 2:30)
Isabel
30-snatch 135/95
(Sub 6 for RX. If you cant go sub 6 scale weight back so that you can. Goal sub 4.)
