Bring WODRace money tomorrow if possible. Its not too late to sign up to compete. Be at Sand Mountain CrossFit at or before 8a.m. Saturday morning

1. 1 1/4 Front Squats
3×60%
3×65%
3×70%
3×75%
3×80%
if you dont get all 3 reps finish out all 5 sets at a weight you can do

2. For time:
1 mile ME.
you can use this for Barbarian or Brute Challenge level.

3. If you are not doing WODRace tomorrow also do:

30-Cal Row
30-Double Unders
30-KB Swings
30-Box Jumps
