1. Front Squat
(if you do NOT have a recent or known 1RM on front squat use 80% of your back squat from 5/9 as your 1rm front squat. So 80% of 1rm back squat = 1 rm front squat)
2. 3 Rounds
(RX is with 20/10 weighted vest)
People that can RX pullups and Double unders
will get first opportunity on vests then scaled. No reason to wear a vest if doing banded pullups.
