Find 1 Rep Max
Strict Press
Back Squat
Deadlift

(try to warm up and take 3 attempts at finding a max and move on. you can do these in any order. but dont run out of time working on just one lift. warm up to 90-95% of your known 1rm and then add 2.5-5 lbs over your last known max and try to achieve a new PR. If successful base next lift on how previous felt) note each weight separately and the total. write small
